Great American employees then provide recommendations to their customers regarding ways they can improve security and operations of their facility. CLAIMS HANDLING
Another important service we provide is our claims handling ability. Our dedicated Fidelity Claims staff is a resource for the customer to use. The customer is encouraged to contact them if they should have any questions or concerns. We believe that fair claims adjustment and prompt payment is something we owe our customers.
